Sara is our in-house Tinker Bell - always smiling, and up for any type of hair you bring her way! Sara specializes in balayage, special event hair, and is one of our extension educators. Fun, energetic, and God fearing, Sara is a new mom and has an adopted pup named Annie.
Mackenzie
COLOR & EXTENSION SPECIALIST
Mack loves all things bridal & special events and is our go-to girl for all things color and extensions. In her free time, she loves spending time with her doggies and her boyfriend!
Lucia
COLOR ARTIST
Lucia is a talented color artist and Rëzo Level 2 Advanced Rëzocut and Rëzolites Specialist at Trust and Mane salon. While she excels in balayage and natural colors, her true passion lies in working with curls. Lucia is known as a "curl whisperer" and creates stunning lived-in looks and embracing all things curls.
Using Rëzo techniques, Lucia crafts Signature Curl cuts ensuring the perfect harmony of Balance, Body, and Shape. Whether you prefer to wear your curls naturally or blown out, Lucia is dedicated to helping her clients embrace their unique textures. She believes in the power of self-discovery and curl empowerment, and her personalized, artistic collaborations aim to transform both your hair and salon experience.
Outside of the salon, Lucia is a coffee enthusiast and enjoys exploring the outdoors. She is always seeking joy and finds rainy days to be a source of brightness. Lucia also values family time and enjoys strolls with her charming curly pup, Whiskey.

Madison has been doing hair for 7 years. She considers herself a healthy hair advocate and loves all things extensions. She has been married for four years and in her free time she enjoys reading and watching Netflix!

Victoria’s favorite things are Balayage, Bridal Updos, and Brunettes! She is a haircutting enthusiast and loves working with hand-tied extensions. Outside of work, you can find her kayaking and hiking. She loves praise and worship at her church.

April loves all things hair & beauty and is in the process of getting certified in eyelash extensions, so keep a lookout for that! When she's not at work creating beautiful hair on clients, she enjoys shopping, spending time with her husband, family, & friends. She started doing hair because she loves making people feel good when they sit in her chair. Her absolute favorite thing is getting to meet new people & at the end of her service when someone feels their absolute best self!

Olivia is your new bbf/beauty guru, and healthy hair is at the center of every service that she does. She specializes in modern blonding techniques such as balayage, color melting, foils, and lived-in color etc… along with handtied extensions. She loves all things beauty related, almost as much as I love Kombucha, dark chocolate, and her puppy Ollie!

When she’s not behind the chair, Brittany cherishes her time with her golden retriever, Sammy Joe. She also enjoys cheering on her favorite football team, the Tennessee Volunteers!

Because 'doing hair' has been passion since she was very young, Morgan started working in a salon when she turned 18. She is family oriented, lives a Christ-centered life, and credits Him for her blessed life. With Morgan, you'll feel like family.

With experience assisting two spectacular hair stylists before growing a clientele of her own, she has known from the start this career is for her. Justin is Tara’s left hand assistant. He has a passion for color and men’s cuts and is also our eyebrow specialist. If he isn’t at the salon, he can be found at home with his family and two American bully’s or our traveling to the mountains.
